Wedding planning · NYC + anywhere you'll have me

You got engaged.
Congrats!

Now you have 200 decisions, three spreadsheets, and parents who want to invite your cousin's sister-in-law's brother. I'm the group chat that helps you handle it.

A little about me

I'm Mags. I plan weddings for people who are good at their jobs and suddenly realize planning a wedding is also a job.

Most of my clients find me around month four. They booked the venue, got excited, and then opened the vendor research rabbit hole and closed their laptop. That's a normal place to be. It's also where I come in.

Services

Three ways to work together.

Pick the one that fits what you're actually stressed about. Not sure? That's the most common starting point — we'll figure it out on the call.

01 / Day-of

Day-of coordination

You've planned the whole thing. You just don't want to be the one answering the florist's questions at 9am on your wedding day. I take the binder off your hands six weeks out and run the day.

02 / Partial

Partial planning

You have the venue, maybe the photographer, and a vague sense of dread about everything else. I come in around month four and we knock out the remaining decisions together, on your timeline.

03 / Full

Full planning

You want one person handling it from the engagement ring to the getaway car. That's me. We start right after you set a date.

How I work

The principles that matter.

  • Specific over aspirational.

Not "personalized details." Your grandma's recipe on the cocktail menu. Not "seamless coordination." I'll be the one texting your aunt back so you don't have to.

  • Show the work.

The actual spreadsheet. The timeline. The text thread with the vendor who keeps forgetting to send the COI. Polished is for the photographer.

  • Name the absurd parts.

Decision fatigue is real. Pinterest spirals are real. The $400 welcome bag industrial complex is real. We can talk about it like adults.

  • Values, said plainly.

Sustainable choices when they make sense. Inclusive by default, not as a tagline. Fair pricing because secrecy is weird. That's it.

Want to talk? I want to hear what you're working with and tell you honestly if I'm the right person for it.
